ZIC CROWN GREASE

ZIC CROWN GREASE series, multipurpose lithium soap thickened greases, are available in NLGI grades 0,1, 2, and 3 which are formulated with paraffinic mineral base oils, and also contain additives to control oxidation and rust formation. ZIC CROWN GREASE series can be used in a wide range of industrial and automotive applications, where there are no requirements for load carrying properties.

Recommendations and Specifications

	Lubricating plain and antifriction bearings in steel mills.
	Paper mills, electric motors, generators, pumps, compressors, and machine tools.
	Recommended temperature range : - 20 to 120 C.
	Recommended for most industrial grease applications.

ZIC CROWN GREASE EP

ZIC CROWN GREASE EP series are lithium soap-based greases containing an unleaded EP additive and oxidation, rust, and corrosion inhibitors, and are available in NLGI grades 000,00,0, 1, and 2. The extreme-pressure characteristics are supplied by an unleaded additive providing exceptional wear protection and improved ecological acceptability.

Recommendations and Specifications

	Lubricating plain and rolling element bearings in normal though heavy-duty industrial application.
	Recommended temperature for operating bearings: -30 to 120 C.
	Recommended for industrial grease applications, especially ZnO application, and automotive equipment where high loads happen.

ZIC WBG

ZIC WBG, a premium-grade lithium complex grease, is designed to satisfy not only the usual multipurpose-grease requirements, but also the high temperature service associated with wheel bearing of vehicles.

Recommendations and Specifications

	Wheel bearing of bus, truck, and construction equipment.
	Lubricating parts of farm machinery and various other commercial vehicles.
	Bearing and mechanical parts.
